THERMODYNAMICS

  • Thermodynamics is a part of physics that studies how heat, work, and temperature are related to energy, radiation, and the way things are physically.
  • It specifically talks about how heat energy can be changed into or out of other types of energy and how these changes matter.
  • The energy that comes from heat is called thermal energy.
  • The movement of tiny particles inside an item creates this heat. These particles make more heat when they move faster.
  • According to thermodynamics, it doesn't matter how or how fast these changes in energy happen.
  • It's based on the starting and ending states that are changing.
  • Also, keep in mind that thermodynamics is a large-scale field of study.
  • In other words, it only deals with the big picture and not the small details of how matter is made.
